Below you'll find bits and pieces of my work as content marketer and copywriter. Ranging from SEO content to email newsletters, from travel to sports, and much more. Both in English and in Dutch.

- Unibet (Europe & Australia)
- Pro-tect Locks
As in-house content manager with Travix (global online travel agent) I was responsible for the content marketing strategy for the Benelux brands (CheapTickets, Vliegwinkel, BudgetAir). Along with content marketing this also involved establishing, coordinating and executing the local SEO and email marketing strategy - in collaboration with experienced and knowledgeable in-house specialists.
As in-house content manager with Unibet - one of the largest European online sports betting and online casino operators - I oversaw and managed the promotional and editorial calendar of on-site content. Other key responsibilities included leading the (CRM) content strategy, executing it through cross-channel communications and creating campaigns for the retention, reactivation, upselling and cross-selling of customers.
In an era where every brand has its unique tone-of-voice, it's vital for a copywriter to adapt the writing style to each target audience. Over the years I've written for many different brands with various styles, ranging from the fun young rebel who is surrounded by hashtags and emojis (Tele2) to the retired senior who needs help setting up their satellite tv whilst camping in the French Rivièra (Canal Digitaal). Below is just a small part of the collection.
Please note that not all blogs written by me are published under my name.
For their online store makeover, I wrote the new web copy for Pro-tect Locks. Fresh and clean, easy to read, and optimised for Google.
In order to improve the SEO performance of online pet shop Max&Luna, I wrote product descriptions and metadata that are both reader- and SEO-friendly.
With multiple agricultural magazines in their portfolio, Dutch publisher Agrio offers organisations the opportunity to advertise on their multi-channel platforms. In order to attract foreign advertisers, the Dutch media kit was translated into English.
